隐私政策
本政策说明你使用 NutriFit iOS App、NutriFit 微信小程序和 nutrifit.fashion 时，我们会处理哪些信息、怎么用、交给谁，以及你可以怎么管理和删除这些信息。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 账号信息：iOS App 第一次连接服务时会生成一个随机的安装标识，服务器据此为你创建一个匿名账号。我们不要求你提供手机号、邮箱或 Apple ID。如果你在微信小程序中登录或把两端账号绑定，我们会处理微信提供的 openid（以及 unionid，如有）、昵称和头像。
- 你记录的内容：饮食、饮品、运动记录（名称、份量、营养估算、价格和你写下的身体反馈），以及你填写的健康目标、饮食偏好、忌口和过敏信息。
- 照片：用于拍照识别的照片只会从手机直接发送给你在“AI 设置”中选择的服务商，NutriFit 服务器不接收。你在社区发帖时附带的图片会保存在服务器上，直到你删除帖子或删除账号。
- Apple 健康数据：经你在系统中授权后，App 读取步数、活动能量、步行和跑步距离以及锻炼时长，只读不写。你点“同步”时，App 会用这些数据生成一条运动记录保存到你的账号。Apple 健康数据不会用于广告，不会出售，也不会存储在 iCloud。
- 社区内容：你发布的帖子、评论、点赞、收藏和举报。你屏蔽的作者只保存在本机。
- 技术信息：IP 地址和请求日志，用于限流、防止滥用和排查故障。
2. 使用目的
以上信息只用于：保存和同步你的记录、生成营养估算和个性化建议、运行社区和校园活动、处理举报、保障服务安全，以及回复你的反馈。我们不出售个人信息，也不用于定向广告。
3. AI 模型和其他第三方
- AI 服务（由你自己选择）：拍照识别、AI 对话、个性化建议和对比结论使用你自己的 AI 服务商和 API Key。只有在你于“服务 → 隐私数据 → AI 设置”中选择服务商、填入 API Key 并确认说明后，App 才会把相关内容（你输入的文字、用于识别的照片、最近 12 条饮食和运动记录、健康目标和偏好）从手机直接发送给该服务商。NutriFit 服务器不接收这些内容，也不接收你的 API Key；API Key 只保存在手机的钥匙串中。服务商会按它自己的隐私政策处理这些内容，调用费用由服务商直接向你收取。你可以随时删除 AI 设置，之后不会再发送新的内容。
- 商品条码查询：你扫描商品条码时，条码号会发送给公共商品库 Open Food Facts 查询商品信息，不包含你的其他信息。
- 云服务：服务器和数据库部署在腾讯云。
- 微信：使用小程序时，登录由微信提供。
4. 保存和删除
你的账号数据会一直保存，直到你删除账号。你可以在 App 的“服务 → 隐私数据 → 删除账号”中删除账号，服务器上的记录、帖子、评论和上传的图片会一并删除，本机数据也会清空，无法恢复。为保障安全，服务器日志会在一段时间后自动清理。
5. 你的选择
- 在“AI 设置”中更换服务商，或删除 AI 设置和 API Key。
- 在 iPhone 的“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 健康”中关闭 NutriFit 的 Apple 健康权限，在“设置”中关闭相机或相册权限。
- 屏蔽作者、举报内容、删除自己的记录。
- 删除账号，或发邮件联系我们查询、更正或删除你的数据。
6. 健康提示
NutriFit 提供的是生活方式层面的记录和参考建议，不是医疗诊断或治疗方案。如有健康问题，请咨询医生。
7. 未成年人
如果你未满 14 周岁，请在监护人同意和指导下使用。

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the NutriFit iOS app, the NutriFit WeChat mini program and nutrifit.fashion handle, how it is used and shared, and how you can manage or delete it.
1. Information we handle
- Account: on first use the iOS app creates a random installation identifier, and the server creates an anonymous account for it. We do not ask for your phone number, email or Apple ID. If you sign in through the WeChat mini program or link the two apps, we process the WeChat openid (and unionid, if any), nickname and avatar.
- Your records: food, drink and exercise entries (name, portion, nutrition estimates, price and your notes), plus the goals, food preferences and allergies you enter.
- Photos: photos taken for recognition are sent directly from your phone to the AI provider you choose in AI Settings; NutriFit servers never receive them. Images attached to community posts are stored until you delete the post or your account.
- Apple Health: with your permission, the app reads steps, active energy, walking and running distance, and exercise time. It never writes to Apple Health. When you tap Sync, the app saves one exercise record to your account. Health data is not used for advertising, not sold, and not stored in iCloud.
- Community: posts, comments, likes, bookmarks and reports. Blocked authors are stored on your device only.
- Technical data: IP addresses and request logs for rate limiting, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
To store and sync your records, estimate nutrition, generate personalized suggestions, run the community and campus activities, handle reports, keep the service secure and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
3. AI and other third parties
- AI provider of your choice: photo recognition, AI chat, suggestions and comparison notes use your own AI provider and API key. Only after you pick a provider, enter your key and confirm the notice in Services → Privacy → AI Settings does the app send the relevant content (your text, photos for recognition, your 12 most recent food and exercise records, goals and preferences) directly from your phone to that provider. NutriFit servers receive neither this content nor your API key, which stays in the iOS Keychain. The provider's own privacy terms apply and it bills you directly. You can delete AI Settings at any time.
- Barcode lookup: when you scan a product barcode, the barcode number is sent to the public Open Food Facts database.
- Hosting: our servers and database run on Tencent Cloud.
- WeChat: sign-in for the mini program is provided by WeChat.
4. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Use Services → Privacy → Delete Account in the app to remove your records, posts, comments and uploaded images from our servers and clear local data. Server logs are cleaned up automatically over time.
5. Your choices
You can change or delete your AI Settings, turn off Apple Health, camera or photo access in iOS Settings, block authors, report content, delete records or your account, or email us to access, correct or delete your data.
6. Health notice
NutriFit offers lifestyle tracking and general suggestions, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
